Our wines can be consumed in their youth, when they are appreciated for their strength and fruity aroma.
After aging them 10 years, they are softer, more subtle and elegant.

We recommend to decant our wine (15-20 min) to bring oxygen and remove the sediment.
After transport, the wine need to rest for at least 15 days.
